Wonderful woodblock print "Kaze Tatsu" (Blowing Wind) is by Katsuyuki Nishijima. Printed in 2011. These are paper lanterns lined up outside a traditional store in Nishijin, Kyoto. Very cheerful and colorful. Absolutely beautiful contrast.  Hand-numbered, titled, and signed by the artist in pencil. Artist's official red "Shima" seal on the lower right corner of the image. Limited edition of only 100 prints.
