Return Policy & Cancellation Policy

SAKURA FINE ART - Updated Return Policy 

Customers must notify us of any return request within 5 days of receipt of the item.

Approved returns may be eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds. Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the print; all shipping and related costs are non-refundable.

All returned merchandise must be sent in its original packaging, fully insured for its retail value, and shipped prepaid by the customer. The customer assumes responsibility for the item until it is received by us. Items must be returned in the same condition as originally shipped.

Customers are required to provide the return tracking number upon shipment of the return item.

Exceptions:
Framed prints, matted prints, and discounted prints (on sale/clearance) are sold "AS IS". Sorry, returns are NOT accepted; When the print, or frame is sealed completely, we do not open to inspect. But their prices are already reflected.

However, since we are dealing with delicate prints, we must limit the timeframe for physical returns and exchange to our location within 10 days from original purchase date.

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order after payment has been completed, we will provide a full refund. However, 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount.
