The lovely woodblock print "Tetsugaku no michi" (The Philosopher's Path in Spring, Kyoto) from 100 scenes of the Kyoto series. Tetsugaku no michi is a pedestrian path that follows a cherry tree-lined canal in Kyoto that is well known for its cherry blossoms. It is a beautiful stretch of nature where the scenery changes from season to season, with cherry blossoms in spring, green trees in early summer, and autumn leaves in autumn. It is one of the most popular walking trails in Kyoto and is visited by many people during the cherry blossom season and autumn foliage season.
