This lovely little Mezzotint etching "Katakuri" (Dogtooth Violet) is by Mioko Sawada (b.1953). This is a pencil signed, dated, titled in Japanese, and signed by the artist. Pristine condition. Very small limited edition size of only 50 sheets. This is sheet 22 of 50. This small pretty flower is my favorite flower. It takes seven-eight years till a flower blooms. This flower is very strong and lovely.
