- Yūgen no Taki (The Enigmatic Waterfall) — Framed

In this atmospheric woodblock print, Shufu Miyamoto depicts Nachi Falls viewed from Seiganto-ji Temple in Wakayama Prefecture. A vermilion three-storied pagoda stands before the waterfall, surrounded by cherry blossoms and a mist-covered forest. Mica on the falling water catches the light and adds a subtle shimmer. Miyamoto’s use of layered tones and gradations gives the scene depth. The mist, dark woodland, red pagoda, and spring blossoms create a quiet, contemplative mood. The print is presented in a black frame. It is ready to hang and would also make a thoughtful gift.
