Genuine handmade woodblock print "Shi Shi Mai"(Shi Shi Dance) is by Toshiko Aohara (1918-2000). Aoyama is her maiden name. Her name is well known as Toshiko Uchima. This is an old greeting card. Artist red seal "Aohara" and signature "Toshiko" in the lower-left corner of the image. Printed in ca. 1950. The publisher is Kyoto Hanga-in. Genuine handmade Japanese woodblock print. Still tipped at the top to original cardstock. This very cute little print shows Japanese New Year's traditions.
