The breathtaking woodblock print "Seishū" (Serene Autumn) by Masao Ido presents an exceptionally tranquil autumn scene in Kyoto. Printed in a strikingly tall, narrow format, the composition invites the viewer along a peaceful garden path framed by graceful green bamboo and vibrant autumn maples. Through the slender tree trunks, a traditional circular window (maru-mado) is glimpsed in the distance, adding a quiet sense of mystery and depth.
