- Mountain Village in Winter -

The serene miniature woodblock print by Taku Harada (1929–2013) depicts a quiet winter scene in a small mountain village. Traditional farmhouses rest on lightly snow-covered ground, surrounded by distant mountains, with one mountain capped in snow. The tall, winter-bare trees in the foreground add an even deeper sense of stillness to the peaceful landscape.

This miniature handmade woodblock print was originally produced for a calendar and published by Chikuho-do. Its small size makes it a lovely choice for decorating a small space or as a thoughtful gift.
