The striking woodblock print “Mitsu Yūyoi Fuji” (Evening Mount Fuji at Mitsu) by Tomikichiro Tokuriki (1902–2000) beautifully captures Mount Fuji during that evocative moment when fading twilight gently gives way to the early evening sky. Though small in format, the composition possesses a remarkable sense of atmosphere and quiet drama, with the majestic silhouette of Fuji emerging against the deepening light.

The artist’s signature, と (“To”), and his red seal, 富 (“Tomi”), appear in the upper left corner of the image. The print remains tipped to the original folder.
