The peaceful woodblock print Fujikawa no Matsunamiki (Pine Tree Path in Fujikawa) by Fumio Kitaoka (1918–2007) captures a tranquil everyday scene in Fujikawa, Aichi Prefecture. Beyond the railroad crossing, a person walking her dog blends naturally into the picturesque, pine-lined street. Printed in 1977, this work features vibrant colors and striking contrast, and is hand-signed by the artist in pencil on the bottom margin.
