The wonderful woodblock print "Sennichimae, Hōzen-ji" (Hōzen-ji Temple in Sennichimae, Osaka) is by Tomikichiro Tokuriki (1902–2000). This woodblock print is part of the "Osaka Meisho" (Famous Places of Osaka) series and was published by Matsukyu.

The print beautifully captures the atmosphere of Hōzen-ji Temple, a popular destination for visitors both past and present. Located in the Minami district of Osaka, the temple offers a peaceful escape from the bustling city, with its cobblestone paths, incense-scented air, and traditional paper lanterns. The print is imbued with the old-world charm of Naniwa (historical Osaka).

The artist's signature, "Tomi," and the Japanese title, "Sennichimae, Hōzen-ji," are in the lower right corner of the image. The series title, "Osaka Meisho" (Famous Places of Osaka), and the publisher's name, Hanmoto Matsukyu, are located in the lower right margin.
