Miyamoto produced wonderful woodblock prints for the world heritage registration promotion for Munakata Taisha Shrine. Munakata Taisha is a collection of three Shinto shrines located in Munakata, Fukuoka prefecture, Japan. His woodblock prints show the best image of his home city. It shows the beauty of Munakata city with his great technique. I love his artwork because his artwork is incredibly beautiful with very elegant taste. He is a well known great oil painting artist as well. Now he is working to help promote his home city and traditional Japanese woodblock which he loves most. I just wanted to share his passion with you.
