Extremely rare print "Yuyake no Neko" (Cat at Sunset) is by Tomoo Inagaki (1902-1980). Very large size print. Artist block signed "Tomo" and artist red seal "とも" (Tomo in Japanese Hiragana) on the upper left corner of the image.
Japanese titled "夕焼の猫” (Cat at Sunset), Sheet number "A.P", and the hand-signed "稲垣知雄”(Inagaki Tomoo in Japanese Kanji) in pencil by the artist on the bottom margin. Genuine handmade Japanese woodblock print. Inagaki Tomoo was born in Tokyo. Inagaki is best known for his images of cats in modern style. Especially his cat prints are very hard to find. Limited edition - hand signed of only 50 prints, this print was "A.P" (Artist Proof)

Condition: Good condition with minor toning. Minor paper creases, a few spots, and mat line from prior matting on the margins which will be matted out. Old tape residues on verso as shown. Please see the pictures very carefully.
