Beautiful woodblock print "Eitaibashi Tsukudajima" (Tsukudajima From Eitai Bridge) is by Hiroshige Ando (1797-1858). From One Hundred Famous Views of Edo.  The unique composition and amazing colors.  Wonderful woodgrain in the print. Title "Meisho Edo Hyakkei, Eitaibashi Tsukudajima"  on the upper right of the image, Artist name "Hiroshige ga" on the left of the image. Publisher seal, carver: Ogawa, and printer: Harada seal on the right margin. High-quality reproduction/re-carved edition print by Kyoto Hanga-in (publisher) in the Showa era. (80's).  

 Hiroshige Ando (1797 - 1858) was a Japanese ukiyo-e artist, considered the last great master of that tradition. Hiroshige is best known for his landscapes, such as the series "The Fifty-three Stations of the Tokaido",  "The Sixty-nine Stations of the Kiso Kaido" and "One Hundred Famous View of Edo".

Image size: 9 and 1/2 x 14 and 1/2 inches (24 x 37 cm)
Condition: Very good condition with great colors. Minor toning and a few ink smudge on the margin as shown.
