The breathtaking woodblock print "Tamagawa Keikoku Kōyō" (Autumn Foliage in Tamagawa Gorge) is by Tomikichiro Tokuriki. This striking composition captures the spectacular autumn scenery of Tamagawa Gorge in Yamagata Prefecture. Originating in the Iide Mountain Range, the Tamagawa River flows through a dramatic gorge carved by crystal-clear waters renowned for their brilliant emerald-green hue. Towering gray cliffs rise above the river, while brilliant maple leaves in shades of crimson, scarlet, and orange form a vibrant canopy overhead. The striking contrast between the luminous emerald-green water, rugged rock formations, and vivid autumn foliage creates a scene of exceptional beauty and tranquility.

The print is pencil-signed "T. Tokuriki" in the lower margin. The artist's block signature and red seal, both reading "Tomi," appear in the lower left corner of the image. The Japanese title 'Tamagawa Keikoku Kōyō' is printed in the left margin, while the edition number appears in the lower right margin. The lower right margin also features the artist's distinctive "Tomi" watermark.
