Amazing woodblock print "Shidare Zakura to Mon" (Cherry Blossoms by the Gate) is by Toshi Yoshida (1911-1995). Pencil-signed "Toshi Yoshida" by artist and English titled "Cherry Blossoms by the gate" on the bottom margin. Dated "1951 nen saku" (made in 1951) and Japanese title "Shidare Zakura to Mon" in kanji lettering on the left margin. This is a Lifetime edition. Very heartwarming subject with mother and child on a spring day.
