The breathtaking woodblock print "Kaze Kaoru" (Fragrant Breeze) is by Kazuyuki Ohtsu. Printed in 2009, this popular work is now sold out and out of print. It depicts a tranquil scene in a quiet mountain village, with irrigated rice paddies glistening after the busy rice-planting season. Paulownia and thistle flowers add a touch of seasonal beauty. A lone farmer, barely visible, blends harmoniously into the vast natural surroundings, adding a quiet warmth to the scene.
