Signed: An artist's signature "To" from Tomoo is in the lower right corner of the image. The artist's name and the publisher's name are embossed in the bottom right corner. 
Condition: Overall, in good condition for its age, with minor toning, a minor paper crease in the left margin, and a couple of tiny ink spots in the background of the image. These are minor and do not detract from the overall appearance of the print. Please refer to the photos.
