The absolutely stunning Koi print “One Heart” is by Kunio Kaneko. The two carp swimming together symbolize marriage, and in Japan, carp also represent perseverance and the will to overcome challenges. Please notice the subtle heart-shaped marking on the red-and-white koi—such a lovely detail. The colors and contrast in this piece are truly beautiful.
