The rare woodblock print 'Daruma' is by Senpan Maekawa (1888-1960). This small print captures the heartwarming tradition of Japan, depicting individuals making their wishes for good luck in the new year with Daruma.

Paper size: 4 and 1/2 inches wide by 5 inches tall (11.5 x 12.7 cm)
Date: 1960-1961
Signed: '帆'(Pan) from '千帆'(Senpan) on the lower right corner of the image.
Condition: Excellent condition. A couple of micro size ink spots as shown. Once tipped on the corners of the verso.
