The original signed limited edition is by Clifton Karhu. Edition s116 of 150 dated 1983.  "EIGA MURA" (UZUMASA CINEMA VILLAGE in Kyoto). As printed and published by the artist in the limited edition of only 150 impressions in 1983. "Eiga mura" (UZUMASA CINEMA VILLAGE) is located in Uzumasa, Kyoto. Samurai drama is famous at Toei Uzumasa Cinema Village, which is open to the public. The Cinema Village has about 20 different types of open-air and indoor sets. 
This original print is signed, titled, dated and numbered by the artist in pencil along the lower margin. Masterful use of colors in this rare earlier Karhu print represents a prime original example of this famous artist's works. Bold, beautiful and impressive.
