"Kiku no Shiratsuyu" translates as "Morning Dew on the Chrysanthemum", it seems to describe this pretty woman. The lovely chrysanthemum design of the Kimono adds a touch of elegance and sophistication. The publisher is Kato Hanga Kenkyusho.
