- Torii Gate in the Snow -

Rare original woodblock print "Torii Gate in the Snow" is by Ninko Tsukioka (1897-1976). From an old estate in the south of Japan. This print was for the 17th Nihon Hanga Kyokai Tenrankai (The 17th Japan Print Association Exhibition).  It was handwritten on the right margin with the artist sign by brush. Artist's Block sign "Nin" on the lower left of the image.

Signed: Block signed "Nin" on the lower left of the image. Artist signed by brush on the lower right margin. 
Condition: Overall good condition for its age. Minor toning, creases. Minor foxing which is hardly noticeable from the front. The right margin was folded to the image. Please see the pictures.
