The small woodblock print “Matsue-jō” (Matsue Castle) is by Un’ichi Hiratsuka (1895–1997). It depicts the historic Japanese castle located in Matsue, Shimane Prefecture. Rendered in a striking black-and-white palette, the work embodies a quiet, minimalist beauty. It is hand-signed, titled, and dated in pencil along the bottom margin.
