- Lunchtime with His White Cat -

The darling woodblock print “Lunchtime with His White Cat" is by Takashi Ohno (b. 1951). This charming work depicts a boy and his cat having lunch together, seated side by side and enjoying each other’s company like best friends. The image was used as the frontispiece for a book titled “White Nursing Cat”, written by the renowned children’s literature author Yoshiko Yagita (1937–2022).
