The breathtaking woodblock print Kinokunizaka, Tsuyu (Kinokunizaka in the Rainy Season) is by Shiro Kasamatsu (1898-1992). The image captures the beauty of the rainy season with its subtle colors, soft gradation, and fine contrast. Published by Watanabe, this print features a Watanabe 7 mm seal (1957-1989) in the lower-left corner of the image. The title 'Kinokunizaka, Tsuyu' and the date 'Showa 13 nen Natsu' (Summer, 1938) can be found in the lower-left margin. This is a later printing from 1957-1989. This exquisite print is in excellent condition, ready to be admired and cherished.
