Very pretty etching print "Hone gai no hana" (Flower of the Shell) is by Nobuo Sato (1926- )  Amazing contrast and colors. The subjects are very realistic and beautiful. Japanese title "Hone gai no hana" (Flower of the Shell)  and dated "'84" on the bottom margin.
