Very fine Fukkoku (reproduction) woodblock print "Hotaru gari" (Catching Fireflies) is by Utamaro Kitagawa. Very elegant summer image of Edo. In those days, people caught fireflies with family or friends in the evening. This is a re-carved edition in 1969. Publisher is Yamada Shoin. They are a smaller size than a regular print.
