The cheerful woodblock print "Anjo no Tanabata Matsuri" (Anjo Star Festival) is by Fumio Kitaoka (1918 - 2007). Printed in 1986. A pleasing view of the colorful Tanabata Festival (Star Festival) in Anjo, Aichi prefecture. Tanabata festivals are held across Japan in early July and August. Anjo Tanabata festival is one of the biggest three Tanabata Festivals in Japan.
