The charming little print "Four Cats" is by Tomoo Inagaki (1902-1980). His cat prints became scarce and are difficult to find nowadays. Artist block signed "To" from Tomoo on the lower-left corner of the image. Inagaki Tomoo was born in Tokyo. Inagaki is best known for his images of cats in modern style.
