Beautiful woodblock print "Asakusa Yomise" (The Night-Stall at Asakusa) is by Kiyochika Kobayashi (1847-1915). This is a re-carved edition. Originally printed in 1881. This print was published by Art sha. Title on the bottom margin, date "Meiji 14 nen"(1881), Original Publisher name "Kumajiro Fukuda" and Artist name "Kiyochika Kobayashi" on the right margin. Red lanterns like a ground cherry and the green color of the trees make this scene more graceful.
