- Fire Hydrant, EX-LIBRIS, 1984 -

This rare and unique mini print, Fire Hydrant, by Hodaka Yoshida (1926–1995) was printed in 1984. It is an ex-libris (bookplate), a label used to identify a book's owner, and such prints are highly sought after by collectors. Though very small in size, it clearly showcases Hodaka’s distinctive style. The sheet number, signature, and date by the artist appear in the bottom margin.

Technique: Woodcut and anastatic print.
