The beautiful woodblock print "Shirasagi-jo" (Himeji Castle) is by Okiie Hashimoto (1899-1993). Artist's red seal ”Oki" from Okiie is on the lower-left corner of the image. Still tipped to the original card. Title, artist's name, limited edition number 74/700, and publisher's name with copyright seal on the card as shown. Printed in Showa 33 nen (1958).
Himeji Castle is located in Himeji, Hyogo Prefecture. It was built in 1609. It’s called "Shirasagi-jo"(Egret Castle), because of its beautiful appearance, which looks like a white egret spreading its wings.

Condition: Overall good condition. Some toning and minor spots on the margins which will be matted out. Some spots/foxing on the verso. The original card has some toning and paper creases.
