The sheet is numbered 267/335 and features the Japanese title, the artist's hand-signed signature, and the date '79 in the bottom margin. This is a rare example of his early work

The Saito Festival is held to pray for bountiful harvests and peace throughout the world. Musicians dressed in colorful costumes gather, untie oak sticks, and parade down the approach to the shrine while playing music.
