- Northern Sea, 1968 -

The beautiful little woodblock print is by Yasushi Omoto (1926–2014). The silver mica at the top of the image creates a wintery mood, evoking a scene of drift ice. This piece was made for a 1968 calendar and published by Chikuho-do. This handmade woodblock print would be the perfect decor for a small space. It would also make a wonderful gift for someone born in February 1968.
