The beautiful woodblock print "Kaiun-bashi Daiichi Ginko" (The snow scene of the building of the First National Bank by the side of Kaigan Bridge) is by Kiyochika Kobayashi (1847-1915). This is a re-carved edition. Originally printed in 1880. This print was published by Maria Shobo in 1976. Signed on the lower right of the image. Title on the bottom margin, date "Meiji 13 nen"(1880), Original Publisher name "Kumajiro Fukuda" and Artist name "Kiyochika Kobayashi" on the right margin. The umbrella and the red obi sash of the woman create a fascinating presentation.
