The breathtaking woodblock print, 'Asayake no Blue Mosque, Istanbul' (The Blue Mosque in the Morning Glow, Istanbul), is by Fumio Kitaoka (1918–2007). The print captures the beauty of the Blue Mosque in the morning glow—an absolutely beautiful, subtle, and mellow winter sunrise image. It was printed in 1990 and features a very large size. The watermark 'FUMIO KITAOKA' is placed on the right margin.
