The beautiful woodblock print 'Saga no Machiya' (Along the Street of Saga) is by Katsuyuki Nishijima, printed in 2004. It depicts umbrellas lined up outside a thatched-roofed house in a charming street scene in the historic Saga district of Kyoto. Nishijima's older limited edition umbrella prints are becoming scarce and difficult to find now, and this is one of his most colorful and romantic works.

Condition: Very good condition. Minor paper crease on the top margin edge, a few ink smudges on the margins, and a faint spot on the left margin, which will be easily matted out.(The handmade washi paper has some tiny impurities.)
