This print captures the beauty and vibrancy of the Mino Flower Mikoshi Festival in Gifu, Japan. The sheet number, Japanese title, and artist signature are hand-signed on the bottom margin.

Mino Flower Mikoshi Festival, Gifu: The Hana-Mikoshi is decorated with cherry blossom-dyed Japanese washi paper flowers attached to the roof of the Mikoshi; Mino is very famous for the washi paper. It looks like beautiful cherry blossoms are dancing; it's a very gorgeous festival.
