Japanese woodblock print "Yuki no hi, Ueno Goju no tou"(Snowy Day, Five-story Pagoda at Ueno)  is by Shintaro Okazaki (Ca. 1950's). Title "雪の日 上野五重塔” (Yuki no hi, Ueno Goju no tou), "Okura", carver's seal, "Ichimura", printer's seal, and "Unsodo" publisher's seal on the left margin. According to the publisher, Shintaro Okazaki is a lesser-known Shin Hanga artist who published with Unsodo in Kyoto. However, they have not been able to find any information about his life.

Paper size: 11 by 16 and 1/8 inches (28 x 41 cm)
Image size: 9 and 3/8 by 14 and 1/4 inches (24 x 36.2 cm)

Date: Undated. First published in 1954, this print is a later printing from the original blocks.
Signed: Artist red seal "Shintaro" in the lower right corner of the image.
Condition: Pristine condition.
