Beautiful woodblock print "Tenjin Matsuri" (Tenjin Festival, Osaka) is by Tomikichiro Tokuriki. Title "天神祭 " (Tenjin Matsuri) and artist signature "富" (Tomi) on the upper right corner of the image. Watermarked "富"(Tomi) on the lower right margin corner.  Colorful reflection on the water is amazingly sensational.  This is a spectacular festival scene at night in Osaka.
