Wonderful woodblock print "Konnichian Roji" (Tea Garden at Konnichian, Kyoto) is by Tomikichiro Tokuriki (1902-2000).  Hand-signed and limited edition. Signed "T. Tokuriki" in pencil, artist signature "Tomi" with artist red seal, and title"Konnichian Roji" on the lower-left corner of the image. The bright green color is so refreshing. 

Konnichian (tea house with garden) is belonging to the Urasenke school of the tea ceremony.  Konnichian was built by Genpaku Sotan when he retired, was inherited by his fourth son, Senso Soshitsu, firmly establishing the family succession.
