Fine Japanese woodblock print "Kiyomizu Dera, Aki" (Kiyomizu Temple at Autumn) is by Koichi Okumura (1888-1976). A peaceful autumn image of the Kiyomizu Temple in Kyoto. This is one of the "Eight Noted Places of Kyoto" series. Published by Unsodo. This print size is called "Chuban", little bit smaller size than "Oban" size.
Koichi Okumura (1904 - 1974) was an artist in Kyoto who designed woodblock prints for the Unsodo publisher. Okumura was a Nihonga (Japanese-style landscape) painter. He is a well known very famous Japanese painting artist in Japan.
