The cute little woodblock print "Go Go Koinobori (Girl)" is by Kunio Kaneko. "Koinobori" is a carp-shaped flag. "Koi nobori" is most often seen on "Tango-no-Sekku" (Boy's Festival) when a carp is flown for each son in the family. This shows a female Koi flag. Kaneko's Koi and goldfish Prints are very attractive and popular.
