Wonderful woodblock print "Go Go Koinobori (Daisuke) " is by Kunio Kaneko. Absolutely beautiful colors and contrast.  "Koinobori" is a carp-shaped flag. "Koi nobori" is most often see on "Tango-no-Sekku" (Boy's Festival) when a carp is flown for each son in the family, a very large one for the eldest, the others ranging down in size. "Daisuke" is very popular Japanese male name.
