Gorgeous flower print "Beni Giku" (Red Chrysanthemum)  is by Jakuchu Ito (1716-1800).  Published by Unsodo. Japanese title on the bottom, Unsodo seal, artist name on the lower left.  This later impression from original blocks (Meiji era). Very lovely flower print with wonderful colors. 

Jakuchu Ito (1716-1800) was a well-known Japanese painter of the mid-Edo period. He studied Kano painting in Kyoto where he was born as the son of a rich merchant. He became a famous artist as a painter and printmaker of exotic birds, flowers, and Buddhist subjects. The artists' realistic painting style became a source of inspiration for late 19th and early 20th-century kacho-e prints and paintings.
