Wonderful woodblock print "Ohara Sanzen-in" (Ohara Sanzen-in Temple in Autumn, Kyoto) is by Tomikichiro Tokuriki (1902-2000).  Hand-signed and limited edition. Signed "T. Tokuriki" in pencil, artist signature "Tomi" with artist red seal, and title"Ohara Sanzen-in" on the lower-left corner. Beautiful autumn image with colored leaves and Oharame. 

Oharame refers to the women who came from Ohara to sell firewood in the capital Kyoto by placing the firewood on their heads.
