Wonderful woodblock print "Heian Jingu Shinen" (Heian Jingu Shrine, Kyoto) is by Tomikichiro Tokuriki (1902-2000).  Hand-signed and limited edition. Signed "T. Tokuriki" in pencil, artist signature "Tomi", and title"Heian Jingu Shinen" on the upper left. Artist's red seal "Tomi" on the lower-left corner of the image.  Peaceful rainy image of Heian Jingu Shrine in Kyoto.
