The most iconic Japanese woodblock print “Gaifu Kaisei” (Fine Wind, Clear Morning), Ao Fuji (Blue Mt. Fuji) is by Hokusai Katsushika (1760-1849). This is “Aizuri” (Indigo blue version), commonly known as “Ao fuji”(Blue Mt. Fuji). Reprinted by a modern carver and printer with permission from the Mogi-Honke Museum of Art which owns this original “Ao fuji” print. A limited-edition of 200 was produced under the supervision of Atsuko Okuda (Sumida Hokusai Museum). The key block was donated to the Mogi-Honke Museum of Art. Carver name: Yusuke Sekioka, Printer name: Tatsuya Ito, Publisher seal, and edition number 67/200 on the right margin.
It’s a very simple and sophisticated Blue Mt. Fuji print.

Image size: 14 and 7/8 x 10 inches (37.7 x 25.5 cm)
Signed: Title and signature on the upper left corner of the image
Condition: Pristine condition.
Minor printer's ink smudge on the bottom margin.
