- Oshidori (Mandarin Ducks), Limited edition -

The lovely woodblock print “Oshidori” (Mandarin Ducks) is by Tomikichiro Tokuriki (1902–2000). This impressive large-format print features a charming pair of mandarin ducks—symbols of love and happiness. The bold composition spans the entire surface, with beautifully stylized waves and snow depicted in the background in Tokuriki’s distinctive manner. The soft, subdued colors create an elegant contrast with the vivid ducks, enhancing the overall harmony of the piece.

The artist’s block signature, “Tomi-koku” (carved by Tomikichiro), and his red seal “Toku” appear in the upper left corner of the image. Along the lower right margin, the limited edition number 9/50 is written in Japanese kanji, accompanied by the red seal “Tomi-koku.” Limited edition size of only 50 sheets.

Condition: Overall good condition. There are a few faint spots in the lower area and a couple of faint spots in the upper part of the image. They are hardly noticeable from the front, but visible when viewed from the verso. Please see the pictures.
